Senior Tech Lead

Job Title: Technical Team Lead Designation: Senior Tech Lead Location: Mph- Client Site, Texas, US Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Java Fullstack development to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide the team in delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in software development. Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring, and Angular. Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices to support various business functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Utilize GitHub for version control and manage code repositories effectively. Leverage GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI to enhance development efficiency and code quality. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Ensure the team follows Agile methodologies and participates in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Mandatory Skills: Proficient in Java Fullstack development. Strong experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks. Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of Microservices architecture. Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly Angular. Experience with version control systems, specifically GitHub. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agetnic AI tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Java, Spring, or cloud technologies are a plus.
