Job Title: Senior Tech Field Engineer
Location: North Syracuse, NY
Pay: $25 - $28.78 per hour
Work Mode: Onsite
Summary:
Weekly Mileage: 250-350 per week
Responsibilities:
Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
Perform repair activities such as replacing hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards.
Conduct whole unit swaps, repair or replace PC peripherals.
Close service tickets in real-time using the company-provided phone.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation and car insurance.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software, including Microsoft applications.
Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.
Client and/or governmental clearance may be required.
Police or criminal background verification clearance may be required.
