**Senior Tax Manager — Nashville, TN**

Pay: $145,000 – $175,000 + bonus potential

Be the technical leader. A well-established, locally owned Nashville CPA firm is adding a Senior Tax Manager to its leadership team, with a path toward partnership.

What you'll do:

- Review complex business and individual returns and own technical quality control

- Develop and mentor Managers and staff across a sizable tax department

- Partner with Tax Partners on succession planning and practice growth

- Advise clients on complex tax matters

What you bring:

- Seasoned public accounting tax professional (typically 8+ years)

- CPA required

- Strong technical review and research skills

- Collaborative, approachable leadership style
