About the Opportunity - Senior Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities - Senior Tax Manager

Review complex tax returns, including S-Corporations (1120S) and Partnerships (1065)
Provide technical guidance related to real estate partnerships, 1031 exchanges, entity structuring, and tax planning strategies
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax matters and business planning initiatives
Research and analyze technical tax issues and communicate practical recommendations
Mentor, coach, and develop managers and staff within a collaborative tax department
Participate in department leadership initiatives, succession planning, and process improvements
Support strategic client relationships and high-level tax advisory engagements
Collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth and maintain technical excellence

Qualifications - Senior Tax Manager

CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required
10+ years of public accounting experience
Extensive experience with partnership and S-Corporation taxation
Strong knowledge of real estate partnerships and 1031 exchanges
Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client relationships
Proven leadership experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
Strong technical research, planning, and problem-solving skills
Estate, trust, and exit-planning experience preferred
Excellent communication and client advisory skills
