What you'll do:

- Lead all phases of tax planning, preparation, review, compliance and research

- Advise high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients directly

- Drive wealth preservation and tax minimization strategies

- Lead client engagements and develop the team

What you bring:

- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience, including HNW clients

- Active CPA license

- Strong individual, trust, and pass-through expertise
