Why This Opportunity Stands Out

You've built your career in public accounting. Now, what if your next move could lead to something bigger?

We're partnering with an established, growing CPA firm in Northern Virginia that's looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director who enjoys building client relationships, values a collaborative environment, and is excited about the opportunity to grow into a future leadership or partnership role. This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership position, build lasting client relationships, and work toward a future that could include partnership.

Here's why this opportunity deserves a closer look:

  • An Established Client Base: Step into a practice with longstanding client relationships and an opportunity to take ownership of an existing portfolio while continuing to grow it.

  • Relocation Opportunity: Considering a move? Candidates nationwide are welcome, and relocation assistance may be available for the right person.

  • A Better Balance: Public accounting will always have its busy seasons, but this firm recognizes that life exists outside of tax deadlines. Enjoy greater flexibility during the rest of the year.

  • Your Voice Matters: Work directly with firm leadership in an environment where your ideas, experience, and contributions can make a difference.

  • Room to Grow: Take on greater responsibility, strengthen client relationships, and position yourself for a long-term leadership opportunity.

  • The Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy the stability of an established practice with the personal connections and visibility that can be harder to find at larger firms.
