Unity Search has partnered with a national mid-tier public accounting firm in Frisco seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join its Real Estate tax practice. This is a high-visibility role with strong upward mobility and long-term partnership potential.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for commercial real estate clients
  • Review complex partnership and corporate tax returns
  • Manage and mentor teams while overseeing engagement progress
  • Research complex tax issues and draft technical memorandums
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
  • Participate in proposals and business development efforts
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Tax or Accounting preferred
  • CPA, JD, or EA required
  • 8+ years of real estate tax experience
  • Strong tax research, project management, and client communication skills
