Senior Tax Director REIT/Real Estate Funds - Hybrid

Large international publicly traded company in Dallas looking to add a Senior Tax Director to their team
Serve as the REIT tax subject matter expert and oversee annual REIT qualification testing
Lead tax structuring for open-end funds, closed-end funds, joint ventures, and co-investment vehicles
Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations, refinancings, and other strategic transactions
Oversee partnership allocations, tax compliance, financial reporting, and investor tax reporting
Manage ASC 740 reporting, FIN 48 analyses, and relationships with outside tax advisors
Partner with investor relations on tax disclosures, PPMs, and investor communications
Monitor tax law changes, oversee tax audits, and strengthen internal tax controls
