Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients

- Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes

- Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients

- Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor

- Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements

- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements

- Expertise in tax planning strategies for private equity and corporate clients

- Proven experience in managing complex tax compliance projects

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Skills:

- Financial report writing

- Private equity tax planning strategies

- Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
