As a Senior Tax Analyst, you'll support the company's Federal and International tax functions, playing a key role in tax planning and controversy matters. You'll be part of a collaborative team with strong resources and support to help you build a rewarding career.
Hybrid Schedule This role is based in the Charlotte, NC area and follows a hybrid schedule
Responsibilities: - Assist with preparation and review of the Federal income tax return, estimates, and extensions
- Support the Federal and International tax provision process
- Help manage third-party preparation of foreign country income tax returns and transfer pricing documentation, including Pillar 2 compliance
- Prepare calculations including depreciation, officer compensation, equity compensation, and R&D credit
- Support reporting to senior leadership on effective tax rates, cash taxes, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
- Prepare reconciliations for tax accounts and monthly fixed assets
- Manage additional tax-related analyses and projects as needed
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
- 2+ years of experience preparing and/or reviewing federal income tax returns for multinational companies
- Working knowledge of U.S. corporate and U.S. international tax law
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have- CPA credential
- Public company experience
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Strong knowledge of OneSource tax software
- Experience with Oracle
