Key Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Accountant

Review and sign individual (1040), partnership, S-corp, and nonprofit tax returns to ensure technical accuracy and client compliance
Advise on tax planning initiatives in collaboration with firm leadership
Identify and implement process improvements and technology solutions for greater operational efficiency
Engage with clients in a consultative manner, representing firm expertise and developing trusted advisory relationships
Contribute to business development efforts by networking and participating in community events

Preferred Skills/Experience: Senior Tax Accountant

Minimum 3-5 years’ progressive tax experience with exposure to both individual and business returns
Enrolled Agent (EA) credential or CPA highly desirable
Hands-on knowledge or demonstrated capacity to quickly learn Drake tax software
