Senior Tax Accountant

Our client is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team and support international tax compliance, tax provision, planning, and audit activities across multiple European jurisdictions.

What You'll Do:
Assist with tax provision calculations and supporting workpapers in accordance with ASC 740 and US GAAP
Support tax compliance activities, including preparation and review of tax returns and supporting schedules for multiple European jurisdictions
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
Assist with tax audits, investigations, and controversy responses
Identify tax planning opportunities and support restructuring initiatives
Research and analyze new tax laws and assess business impact
Partner with Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Supply Chain, and Marketing on tax-related matters
Maintain tax files, systems, and workpapers to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years of tax experience with a Big Four public accounting firm
Strong knowledge of ASC 740, tax provision, and corporate tax compliance
Experience supporting international tax matters is highly preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple functions
