We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Senior Accountant to join a growing family office environment. This role focuses on individual, foundation, and entity-level tax work, supporting a diverse investment portfolio with complex structures.

What You'll Do
Prepare and review individual and entity tax returns
Support foundation-related tax compliance and reporting
Work across multiple entities and investment structures
Assist with tax planning and forward-looking analysis
Execute and improve tax workflows and processes
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings
Identify issues proactively and think through next steps and implications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Pursuing or interested in CPA or EA designation
3+ years of tax experience, including:
Individual returns
Exposure to entity-level tax work
Foundation tax experience is a plus
Working knowledge of tax workflows and compliance processes
Experience with CCH Axcess (or willingness to learn)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Inquisitive mindset - someone who naturally asks "what's next?"
Comfortable working in a small team with high ownership
