Position Details:
Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Position Type: 6 month contract with additional opportunity contingent upon performance and continued business need
Job Location: HYBRID - Wilmington, DE 2-3 days per week, work from home remaining

We are seeking a driven and resourceful Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition / Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, exempt-level positions. Schedule:
Hybrid schedule - candidates will need to be in the Wilmington, DE office 2-3 days per week, with flexibility. Potential for full-time conversion based on business needs and individual performance

Responsibilities
  • Conduct effective intake sessions with hiring managers
  • Partner with managers to define hiring needs and establish expectations
  • Develop and execute engaging job postings
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies to build a diverse candidate pipeline
  • Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and HR business partners
  • Create pre-screening questions and review resumes
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and advise on recruiting best practices
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and legal requirements
  • Adapt quickly and innovate within a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Maintain a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in recruitment activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting exempt professional roles
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience providing consultative recruiting support and challenging assumptions constructively
  • Experience with social sourcing, AI tools in recruiting, and employer branding initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Experience with Workday Recruit ATS and Phenom CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
