Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: The Woodlands, TX (100% Onsite)
Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 + Bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing energy services organization to identify a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships with hiring managers, and can successfully manage a high-volume requisition load while supporting critical business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Support an average workload of 25-30 active requisitions, primarily mid-to-senior-level positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and operational roles.
Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
Build talent pipelines and support recruiting events and talent attraction initiatives.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Electrical Fracking industry recruiting experience is REQUIRED.
Experience recruiting within energy services, oilfield services, or related industrial environments.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
ATS experience required; Paycom experience is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
