    Position Summary

    Tampa Family Health Centers is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in healthcare and/or nonprofit recruitment.

    This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the organization, with an emphasis on attracting and hiring physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical professionals, healthcare support staff, administrative professionals, and other hard-to-fill roles.

    The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help improve overall recruitment effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance.
    • Recruit for provider, clinical, administrative, and operational positions.
    • Develop targeted sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill healthcare roles.
    • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities.
    • Review resumes, conduct screenings, and coordinate interviews.
    • Maintain strong and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
    • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
    • Track recruitment activity, offers, candidate outcomes, and reasons for declined offers.
    • Support recruitment reporting, position control, and time-to-fill improvement efforts.
    • Represent TFHC at career fairs, conferences, professional events, and community recruiting initiatives.
    • Develop relationships with colleges, healthcare programs, professional organizations, and community partners.
    • Maintain accurate requisitions and candidate information within the HRIS and applicant tracking system.
    • Assist with job descriptions and recruitment materials.
    • Ensure recruitment practices align with TFHC policies and applicable employment requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of four years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a high-volume environment.
    • Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience in a nonprofit, FQHC, hospital, health system, medical group, or other mission-driven organization preferred.
    • Experience recruiting providers, clinical professionals, or other difficult-to-fill healthcare positions preferred.
    • PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar HR certification preferred.
    • Experience with ADP strongly preferred.

    Skills & Abilities

    • Strong full-cycle recruiting and sourcing skills.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    • Strong organization and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
    • Strong judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.
