Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team as the primary point of contact and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business's hiring needs
  • Develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to understand hiring needs, and create and execute recruitment strategies, providing strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
  • Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and supporting the workforce planning and recruiting projections process
  • Support the workforce planning and recruiting projections process by providing guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation with experience in managing high-volume, field-exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master's Degree
