Role Overview: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support ***'s long-term business objectives. This role serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across technical, engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and recruitment process improvement.
How You ll Make an Impact:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, define candidate selection criteria, and develop effective hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
Determine, implement, and enforce recruiting processes that improve organizational effectiveness and support long-term workforce planning initiatives.
Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of positions, with a strong focus on technical recruiting for engineering, automation, manufacturing, software, controls engineering, robotics, and other highly skilled technical roles.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates. Utilize social media platforms, networking, internet sourcing tools, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels to build robust talent pipelines.
Create, review, and optimize job descriptions and job postings to effectively communicate opportunities and attract qualified candidates.
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies, including job posting optimization, digital marketing campaigns, employment branding initiatives, talent community development, and sourcing campaigns.
Identify future talent needs and proactively build talent pools and candidate pipelines to support anticipated workforce demands.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners by providing recruitment guidance, labor market insights, hiring trends, and employment data to support informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, technical schools, career centers, and workforce development organizations to strengthen ***'s early talent pipeline.
Establish and maintain partnerships with high schools, technical education centers, colleges, and community organizations to expand awareness of career opportunities within ***.
Represent *** at career fairs, networking events, industry conferences, and other recruiting and community engagement activities.
Effectively utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms, and other recruiting technologies to manage candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
Develop, manage, and evaluate relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing partners, ensuring vendor effectiveness and alignment with business needs.
Act as an ambassador for *** by promoting the organization as an employer of choice and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Educate candidates on career opportunities, company culture, benefits, growth opportunities, and other aspects of employment with ***.
Maintain frequent and effective communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve personal effectiveness, team performance, and recruitment outcomes through professional development, industry research, training, certifications, and continuing education.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ***'s business operations, organizational structure, culture, customers, technologies, and workforce needs.

What You ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field OR equivalent experience, calculated as two (2) years of relevant work experience for each year of academic study.
8 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
3 or more years of technical recruiting experience supporting engineering, automation, manufacturing, software, robotics, controls engineering, or other specialized technical functions.
Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill positions.
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders in a consultative capacity.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, interviewing, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial automation, robotics, or other technical industries is preferred.
Current or prior *** experience, or experience in the automation industry is strongly preferred.
