Job Summary

Our client, a global enterprise software company, is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for an assigned business portfolio. You'll partner with hiring leaders to define what they need, build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach to offer acceptance. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who can build their own pipelines and advise leaders on hiring decisions. Depending on business priorities, searches may include enterprise and corporate sales, solutions consulting, customer success, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead intake conversations with hiring managers to define the business need, clarify must-have qualifications, and agree on how candidates will be assessed.
• Build targeted sourcing plans using talent mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and professional networks. Develop relationships with passive candidates for current and future openings.
• Manage searches from screening through offer acceptance. Partner with interview teams to gather timely feedback, lead debriefs, and keep candidates informed.
• Advise hiring leaders on talent availability, competitive hiring conditions, and trade-offs when a search needs to change. Bring a clear recommendation on what to adjust and why.
• Use pipeline and conversion data to identify where candidates are dropping out, where decisions are stalling, and which sourcing channels are producing qualified candidates.
• Partner with HR, compensation, and recruiting operations to align on role level, offer strategy, and approvals. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, B2B SaaS, or a comparable technology business, with ownership of multiple concurrent searches.
• A track record of sourcing passive candidates and closing competitive hires for specialized or senior-level roles.
• Experience recruiting for go-to-market teams such as enterprise sales, solutions consulting, or customer success.
• The ability to advise senior hiring managers, challenge assumptions with evidence, and keep hiring teams aligned when priorities shift.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.

Preferred Skills

• In-house recruiting experience at a global or multi-region technology company.
• Experience supporting more than one business function, such as go-to-market, corporate functions, or technical teams.
• Experience improving interview practices or using funnel data to turn around a difficult search.
