Description
A biotech company in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join their growing team in Plainsboro.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (hybrid, 3 days onsite)
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Length: Contract, approximately 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and Workday transactions
- Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs, align expectations, and support talent strategy
- Source and screen diverse candidate pools using multi-channel recruiting approaches
- Build talent pipelines and support recruiting efforts through job fairs, career conferences, universities, and agency partners
- Support candidate relationship management, recruitment initiatives, and compliance-focused hiring practices
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of pharma or biotech recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Proficiency with Workday and Microsoft 365
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Contract Recruiting and Vendor Engagement
- Background supporting Global Recruiting initiatives
- Familiarity with Talent Coordination and Candidate Experience best practices
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
