People Management Responsibilities
Develop, coach, and manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Managers, providing day-to-day support, feedback, and accountability to ensure strong individual and team performance
Work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to support team strategy, hiring prioritization, recruiter development, and execution against broader business goals
Serve as an additional resource to Talent Acquisition Managers on process questions, candidate strategy, and stakeholder communication, helping to elevate overall team effectiveness
Manage special projects and contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals, as assigned by the Director of Talent Acquisition
Recruiting Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer process
Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidates
Manage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned roles
Coordinate with the Onboarding team to ensure all background check requirements are complete before transitioning candidates to the HR team
