Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience creating products with Tableau Creator.
- 8+ years of experience creating and deploying data flows with Tableau Prep.
- 4+ years in data analysis and data research work.
- 4+ years of proficiency with Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
- 1+ years of familiarity with geospatial analysis platforms, such as ESRI.
Key Responsibilities:
Tableau Development & Visualization
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Creator to support business decision-making.
- Create insightful and visually compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate trends and key insights.
Data Flow & Preparation
- Develop and deploy efficient data flows using Tableau Prep, ensuring data is cleansed, transformed, and prepared for analysis.
- Automate and optimize data pipelines to improve performance and efficiency.
Data Analysis & Research
Perform in-depth data analysis and research to identify patterns, correlations, and business opportunities.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across multiple data sources.
Programming & Database Management (Preferred)
- Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel for data extraction, manipulation, and automation to enhance analytical capabilities.
- Develop scripts and queries for data processing and integration with Tableau.
Geospatial Analysis (Preferred)
- Apply geospatial analysis tools such as ESRI to integrate and visualize location-based data when required.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Document data models, dashboards, and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
