ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking a Senior T & E Lateral Non-Equity Partner for its Concord, New Hampshire office.
The opportunity is intended for an attorney with an established Trusts & Estates practice and a minimum $275,000+ portable book of business who is looking to gain the support, infrastructure, and resources of a larger firm platform.
Partner structure is expected to be non-equity, depending on the strength and size of the candidate's book of business.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Established Trusts & Estates practice
· Minimum $275,000+ portable book of business
· Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships
· Strong practice-development and origination capabilities
· Ability to work effectively within a larger-firm platform
· Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
THE OPPORTUNITY
This lateral partner role is designed for an established practitioner who wants to retain and grow a portable practice while gaining access to the resources and support of a larger firm.
The platform is intended to support client service, practice growth, business development, and the efficient delivery of sophisticated Trusts & Estates legal services.
The position is based in Concord, New Hampshire.
BILLABLE HOURS & INCENTIVES
· 1,600 billable hours minimum expected in the first year
· 1,700 billable hours minimum expected thereafter
· If billable-hour expectations are met: 10% bonus on origination
· If billable-hour expectations are met: 10% bonus on receipts
· Base salary range: $135,000 - $175,000
