Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Systems Software Programmer to support enterprise application development, maintenance, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities within a complex Oracle-based environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle WebForms development experience, Oracle database programming expertise, object-oriented development skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multi-developer team environment.

The consultant will be responsible for developing, modifying, testing, and maintaining software applications while supporting business and technical requirements across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle WebForms applications.

• Design, code, test, and implement software solutions.

• Create and maintain Oracle database objects and queries.

• Develop and troubleshoot SQL scripts using Toad and SQL%2B.

• Support Oracle 11g database environments.

• Analyze business and technical requirements.

• Perform application maintenance and enhancements.

• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and end users.

• Participate in system testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

• Support RTS application components and related functionality.

• Develop technical documentation and program specifications.

• Participate in code reviews and development best practices.

• Ensure software quality and performance standards are met.

• Work within a multi-development team environment.

• Demonstrated experience with object-oriented development techniques.

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with RTS application components.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).

• Knowledge of department rules, policies, procedures, and regulatory environments.

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
