Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Systems & Endpoint Management Analyst to support enterprise modernization, automation, and endpoint management initiatives. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing Microsoft-based technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, MEMCM (SCCM), Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and software asset management tools. The ideal candidate will provide Tier 3 technical support, lead technology projects, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support MEMCM (SCCM), Intune, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Citrix VDI, and related technologies.
  • Lead and support SharePoint migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Manage application packaging, software deployments, security patches, operating system upgrades, and compliance settings.
  • Provide Tier 3 support and assist with escalation management and root cause analysis.
  • Manage software asset management (SAM) and mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
  • Monitor, maintain, and report on hardware, software, licensing, and endpoint compliance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning, implementation, and change management activities.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to established IT policies, procedures, and security standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft endpoint management technologies.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MEMCM (SCCM), Intune, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application deployments, patch management, and endpoint security.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant Microsoft or endpoint management certifications.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, SSRS, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, WSUS, MDT, MBAM, LAPS, and Citrix VDI.
  • Experience with SAP and software asset management tools.
  • Background supporting large enterprise environments.

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with occasional travel for meetings, training, and project-related activities.
