Key Responsibilities
- Work with the engineering team to integrate MediaTek SOC platforms with customer
- Software development and integration for customizing software for customer product
- Spec discussion and architecture co-design with customer
- Technical issue solving and debugging
- System flow troubleshooting and debugging
- System bring up with customer
- Creating technical documentation to facilitate integration effort.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in embedded system software development, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ and strong scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Python).
- Deep experience with multiple operating systems, including a strong understanding of RTOS, Android OS, and Linux kernel.
- Proven track record in system-level debugging, with hands-on experience using tools like JTAG, trace debuggers, and protocol analyzers to diagnose and solve complex hardware/software interaction issues.
