Senior Support Lead

Job Summary
The L1 S4 User Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain operations by investigating and resolving complex system issues, driving process improvements, and delivering AI-driven automation solutions. The role will partner with global business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, develop process documentation, and test scenarios, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Train & support the education of users on HP system procedures.Coordinate with cross-team, development, support, testing, and release management end-to-end.Coordinate and communicate releases of changes and effective closure, working with cross teams.Provide input and support the improvement of existing documentation and its adoption by HP system users.Build expertise around HP CS Processes and support compliance with these processes and tool usage.When data-related issues are discovered, create an incident management approach to resolve issues at the root cause level.Produce root cause analysis for systemic incidents.Batch job monitoring and coordination with the cross-team during failure of such incidents.Support regular audits and compliance assessments.Evaluate and provide recommendations on process improvements to improve user productivity, workload reduction, and improve support process flows.
