- Supply Chain Management domain knowledge
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
- Experience working with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) providers
- Vendor coordination and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of host system to 3PL integrations
- Cloud infrastructure/environment support
- Troubleshooting and production support
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with global teams across Japan, Europe, and Asia
- Manhattan WMS
- Blue Yonder/JDA
- SAP Supply Chain / SAP EWM
- MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other integration platforms
- Retail and eCommerce supply chain experience
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- API, EDI, and middleware integrations
