We’re a Pacific Northwest real estate developer and builder focused on multifamily communities. Our construction team is lean and hands-on, and our leaders work side by side with the field. We’re growing in the South Puget Sound and are building a team that stays together from one project to the next.

Job Details

We’re hiring a Senior Superintendent to lead ground-up garden-style multifamily in the South Puget Sound. You’ll own the jobsite from schedule to safety to quality, lead the site team, and make sure every trade is set up to succeed. We want a leader who builds people up as well as buildings.

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day field operations for all trades on site
Produce and manage the 3-week look-ahead with the Project Manager and subs
Run sub pre-construction meetings and weekly foreman’s meetings
Oversee site improvements, including wet and dry utilities, against civil and architectural plans
Write and route RFIs and see field issues through to resolution
Keep daily reports and photo documentation current
Lead, train and develop assistant superintendents, carpenter foreman and laborers
Drive safety, quality, budget and schedule from start through closeout and punch

Experience:

Lead superintendent on ground-up garden-style multifamily, 200+ units
Strong civil background: excavation, grading, staking, cuts and fills, layout
Reads blueprints and understands submittals, specs and take-offs
Lives in or near the Tacoma, Puyallup or Olympia area
