Job Description

Reporting into the CEO, collaborating with, guiding, and leading construction, maintenance, and field operations teams while managing the necessary personnel. Serving on the leadership team, contributing as a key collaborator. Actively participate in meetings by communicating issues and solutions, engaging, and establishing monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives. Fostering team participation in company events, including Christmas parties, golf outings, all-hands outings, and more. Maintaining current client operations relationships. Monitoring operational performance to identify gaps and opportunities for cost savings. Expanding the sub-contractor base by identifying and establishing valuable partnerships. Collaborating with COM, MOM, FOM, EOM, and WOM to ensure resources are available and coordinated for future projects. Reviewing and analyzing departmental statements in detail, identifying losses and making necessary adjustments. Participating in the hiring process for new department hires, providing final approval with Integrator consent. Leading, mentoring, and guiding the operations team through empowerment and discipline.

The Successful Applicant

Several years experience working for a Commercial GC. Experience leading teams with 5+ direct reports. Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and other requirements. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) & Procore.
