Job Description

Lead all MEP field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, and schedule execution. Support preconstruction planning, logistics, constructability reviews, and procurement activities. Manage inspections, permitting, code compliance, and project documentation. Drive project performance through proactive issue resolution and risk management. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers while building future leaders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful MEP Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience on multifamily construction projects. Strong background with podium, wood-frame, or mixed-use developments. Proven success managing subcontractors, schedules, and field operations. Understanding of preconstruction planning and project delivery processes. Positive, proactive leadership style with strong communication skills.
