Senior SuperintendentLead all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites. Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to maintain schedules. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals. Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
