Job Description
Lead all day-to-day field operations from start-up through project completion. Manage project schedules, manpower planning, budgets, quality, and safety. Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners. Mentor field staff and help develop the next generation of leaders. Drive project success by proactively solving issues and keeping work on track.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
- Background in K-12, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or healthcare construction
- Strong scheduling, planning, and subcontractor management experience
- Natural leader who communicates well and holds teams accountable
- Construction Management degree preferred, or equivalent field experience
