As Superintendent, you will take ownership of field operations on large-scale projects, including ground-up multifamily developments and mill conversions. Current opportunities include projects in Salem, Boston and Norwell, MA.You will:

• Lead field operations for complex construction projects valued at $40M+.
• Manage projects from initial site work and foundations through closeout and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, field personnel, inspections, deliveries, and daily site logistics.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively identifying potential delays.
• Partner closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards for site safety, quality control, and overall workmanship.
• Conduct subcontractor meetings and ensure trades remain accountable to schedule and project requirements.
• Provide field leadership and resolve construction challenges to maintain project momentum.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

• Demonstrated experience successfully leading large ground-up construction projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $40M+ range or projects of comparable size and complexity.
• Multifamily experience is preferred, although candidates from other large-scale ground-up sectors will be considered.
• A strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor management, and site logistics.
• Proven ability to lead multiple trades and maintain demanding construction schedules.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with an ability to work effectively with both field and office teams.
• A valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (MA CSL).
• A track record of taking ownership of projects and driving them safely from the ground up through completion.
