Job Description
Manage end-to-end healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals. Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and key milestones. Oversee on-site operations to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Superintendent should have:
- 10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
- Experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, or hospital projects
- Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+
- Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills
- Stable employment history with 3+ years at previous employers
