Senior Superintendent Opportunity
A well-established, financially strong commercial general contractor in Southern California is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead a landmark $50M ground-up hotel/resort project in Orange County. Job Description
- Lead all field operations from site mobilization through project closeout.
- Manage project schedule and daily field activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.
- Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.
- Ensure quality control and enforce company safety standards.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact production.
- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project turnover.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and project staff.
- Maintain excellent communication with the project management team to achieve schedule and budget objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Experience leading multiple ground-up commercial projects from start to finish.
- At least 3-4 successfully completed ground-up builds as the Lead Superintendent.
- Strong hospitality and/or multifamily construction experience.
- Extensive experience with concrete podium construction.
- Experience managing projects in the $20M-$35M+ range, with the ability to lead projects up to $50M.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, structural concrete, quality control, and jobsite safety.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Base salary up to $200k (Depending on Experience)
- Vehicle allowance between $600 - $800 month
- Full Gas Reimbursement
- Bonus up to 20% of salary
- 3 weeks PTO + 12 paid holidays
