Senior Superintendent
Our client is a leading commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex life sciences, laboratory, pharmaceutical, clean room, and advanced technology projects. As their life sciences portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead sophisticated construction projects throughout Southern California. Our Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Lead all onsite construction operations from project startup through completion
- Develop, manage, and maintain master project schedules
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel
- Drive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety programs
- Manage project logistics, phasing plans, and site sequencing
- Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination and owner meetings
- Oversee quality control and commissioning activities
- Coordinate complex MEP, process piping, laboratory, and specialty equipment installations
- Collaborate with Project Management on budgets, forecasts, procurement, and change management
- Maintain proactive communication with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards

The ideal Senior Superintendent will have:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience with significant Superintendent experience
- Experience leading ground-up or complex tenant improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and field management
- Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multiple project stakeholders
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Life sciences, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, semiconductor, or advanced technology project experience
- Experience with clean rooms, cGMP environments, research facilities, or mission-critical spaces
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, and Bluebeam
We are offering this Project Manager:
- $165,000 - $195,000 Base Salary
