Site Manager
A highly respected general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects throughout the region. The company has built a long-standing presence through repeat business, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to quality, safety, and developing its people.
Lead and manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and project standards. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners. Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules. Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget. Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel. Maintain project documentation and ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements.

Commercial construction experience, with Senior Superintendent-level leadership experience preferred. Proven experience managing a mixture of commercial project types. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control. Ability to effectively lead subcontractors and field teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient with construction plans, specifications, and project documentation. OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
