What you will need for successful work
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the SuccessFactors environment
Completed degree in information technology or business administration
Comprehensive knowledge in various SuccessFactors modules
Performance & Goals o Succession & Development
Compensation & Benefits o further modules are an advantage
Role-based permissions knowledge
Proof handling of SuccessFactors releases
IT process management knowledge and ideally certification in project management and ITILEnthusiasm for the job
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Good proficiency in English business level both written and spoken
