We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to develop and manage strategic supplier and subcontractor relationships that support our growing portfolio of technology and infrastructure programs.
The Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the full supplier lifecycle, including market intelligence, supplier identification, qualification, competitive sourcing, negotiation, contract development, and supplier relationship management.
This is not a transactional purchasing role.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, engineering, business development, contracts, legal, and procurement teams to identify qualified suppliers and subcontractors, conduct competitive sourcing activities, negotiate commercial agreements, and establish long-term strategic partnerships that support company growth and project execution.
The ideal candidate is a proactive sourcing professional with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-management skills who can successfully navigate complex technical and commercial requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in:

Supply Chain Strategy
Demonstrated experience leading sourcing initiatives from market analysis through contract execution.
Experience developing and managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
Proven success negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and long-term supplier agreements.
Strong analytical, financial, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting federal government programs, construction, technology integration, infrastructure, or mission-critical environments.
Knowledge of supplier qualification processes, supplier risk management, and supplier performance management.
Familiarity with federal subcontracting requirements and socioeconomic programs including Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB classifications.
Experience with supplier management, sourcing, and market intelligence platforms.
