    We are currently hiring a Sr. Strategic Account Executive to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison to clients and brokers, cultivating successful partnerships between Purchasing Power and key accounts. You will provide strategic, consultative leadership to drive account profitability and long-term growth.

    YOU ARE: A seasoned relationship builder and strategic thinker with 7-10 years of sales and/or account management experience. You are a trusted advisor who works independently and collaboratively, manages complexity with ease, and brings analytical rigor and executive presence to every client and broker interaction.

    YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

    • Represent Purchasing Power at the executive level with clients and brokers
    • Provide strategic and consultative leadership resulting in account profitability
    • Implement, maintain, and expand account relationships; collaborate with Executive Sponsors to develop short and long-term account plans
    • Meet target financial goals for each assigned account (demand, revenue, and EBITDA)
    • Optimize and manage business relationships with brokers
    • Partner with Sales Managers and Operations leadership to develop business plans and pre-sales opportunities
    • Proactively provide guidance to help educate broker and client partners on program awareness and ongoing communication
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow assigned accounts, including creative marketing opportunities
    • Proactively identify industry-specific trends impacting clients
    • Ensure account contract terms are adhered to and all account needs are addressed
    • Recommend solutions and improvements while monitoring account profitability and losses
    • Manage communications for new client launches and oversee delivery of project components with internal, third-party, and client stakeholders
    • Assist Client Success with executing new processes and policies, keeping client/broker relationships informed of changes that impact the overall relationship

    YOU'LL BRING:

    • Bachelor's degree in a general area of study
    • 7-10 years of sales and/or account management related experience
    • Demonstrated strategic broker and client management experience
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Tableau and Salesforce a plus
    • Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
    • Project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and build strategic relationships with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to travel up to 30%
