    Summary

    The Senior Store Designer is responsible for managing complex large-scale retail projects, architectural plans, and design documents. This role oversees design from concept through completion, manages a ~$50M annual project portfolio, and ensures compliance with brand and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute 2D/3D retail design and construction documents
    • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and timelines
    • Ensure quality standards, brand alignment, and compliance
    • Lead mentoring, training, and development of team members
    • Manage vendor relationships, costs, and procurement processes
    • Travel to retail locations for field verification and execution
    • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
    • 6+ years of relevant design experience (retail preferred)
    • 2+ years of project management and leadership experience
    • Experience managing large-scale construction projects
    • Strong ability to mentor and develop team members

    Technical Skills

    • Advanced AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
    • Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Enscape
    • Strong 2D/3D design and rendering capabilities
    • Understanding of architectural documentation and construction

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

    Schedule Expectations

    Frequent domestic and international travel (30-50%). Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and project deadlines.

    Work Environment

    Hybrid environment including office-based work and travel to construction sites and retail locations.
