What You Will Do
- Design and implement robust backend systems using TypeScript and NodeJS to enhance the platform's capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into the existing architecture.
- Optimize application performance and scalability, ensuring high availability for users.
- Contribute to the development of user-facing features utilizing React and Next.js.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on TypeScript and NodeJS.
- Proven track record in building scalable applications in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including React and Next.js.
- Experience with asynchronous programming and working with Temporal or similar frameworks.
Preferred
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience in the government or defense sector, particularly with compliance and regulatory standards.
Compensation and Benefits
