Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in software development, including 5 years of experience testing and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
8 years of experience with ML design and ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging, and fine-tuning).
Experience with prompt engineering or multi-agent systems.
Experience integrating generative AI tools or large language model (LLM) interfaces into workflows.

On the Ads Enterprise Platform team, you will help build our next-generation cross-channel ads buying platform based on generative AI technology. Project areas include building and tuning our multi-agent platform, instrumenting model retraining based on user actions, building digital consumer persona forecasting, Google Cloud integration and deployment, long-term memory and session management, and multi-user collaboration. You will work directly with executive leads within the Enterprise Platform and across the wider Ads organization to launch features for top advertisers and agencies.

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $262000 - $364000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits
