    A Back-end Developer is a software developer specializing in server-side logic, databases, and application infrastructure, responsible for ensuring the efficient and secure functioning of web applications and systems. They build and maintain the server-side code that powers the application, often interacting with databases, APIs, and other web services. 

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    •           Server-Side Logic:
    Develop and maintain the code that runs on the server, handling user requests, processing data, and managing application logic. 
    •           Database Management:
    Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance. 
    •           API Development:
    Create and maintain Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components. 
    •           Performance Optimization:
    Optimize code for speed, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring the application can handle large loads and user traffic. 
    •           Security:
    Implement security measures to protect the application and user data from unauthorized access and breaches. 
    •           Collaboration:
    Work with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience. 
    •           Troubleshooting and Debugging:
    Identify and resolve issues in the back-end code, ensuring the application functions correctly. 
    •           Staying Up-to-Date:
