About the Team:
Join our Product and Test Engineering team, a specialized team of ~14 Test and Product Engineers within Supply Chain Operations. Based on-site at our San Jose HQ, you'll work hands-on with physical hardware in our on-site lab and occasional on-site at our manufacturing partner that is based in San Jose. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal HW Platform, Component, Quality and Supply Chain teams to create and deliver innovative solutions and drive best-in-class quality thru robust testing of server products built at external manufacturing partner sites and shipped worldwide in conjunction with our broad portfolio of enterprise software solutions. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Product and Test Engineering, you will enjoy access to executive-level decision-making and the autonomy needed to drive real impact and change.
About the Role:
Seeking a highly motivated individual who is ready to learn exciting new technologies, products, and services with focus on customer quality in a agile Supply Chain organization. Has passion to lead and grow with primary responsibilities focused on developing and maintaining scalable and robust automated functional test solutions for manufacturing testing for server-based products. Successful candidate will have a broad SW development and HW test automation background in the Computer/Server related industry with desired emphasis on x86-based or AMD server and storage platforms. Candidate would work with various cross-functional HW & SW Engineering teams including contract manufactures and RMA facilities. A self-starter that is willing to ask questions and raise concerns in timely manner. Can comprehend technical discussions, coach and mentor others as needed. Support and maintain product launch as well as support factory activities with potential of being on-site at factories on a as needed basis. Author and maintain process, test, and design documents.

On-site: This role is on-site and requires at minimum 3-4 days in the office.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 196,000 and USD $ 294,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
