This position is responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide programs through disciplined planning, execution, monitoring, and control from initiation through completion.
The Senior Staff Enterprise Program Manager (Sr Staff EPM) demonstrates enterprise solution ownership and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business objectives for the Digital Health Platform.
The Sr Staff EPM applies professional program management practices and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems, align stakeholders, manage dependencies, and establish clear methods, decision criteria, and execution plans to achieve results.

This position is responsible for the delivery of enterprise-wide programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.
The Senior Staff Enterprise Program Manager (Sr Staff EPM) demonstrates enterprise solution ownership and guides teams through the program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the Franchise.
The Sr Staff EPM uses professional program management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way, and exercises a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $161,800.00 - $242,650.00
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
