About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Staff Design Engineer - Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF to drive the design and implementation of advanced analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuits on leading-edge process technologies. In this role, you will take designs from concept through silicon validation, partnering closely with architecture, layout, and test teams to bring innovative wireless and connectivity solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities: Design analog, mixed-signal, and/or RF circuits for state-of-the-art wireless and connectivity applications. Guide and review layout implementation in advanced technology nodes to achieve optimal performance, area, and reliability. Analyze, debug, and optimize circuit performance using simulations and lab measurements. Prepare and maintain design documentation, including specifications, design reports, and presentation materials for internal reviews. Define experimental test procedures and characterize/evaluate silicon in the lab; interpret results and drive design improvements. Support architecture investigations and technology explorations for future products and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architecture, systems, layout, test, and product engineering) to ensure successful tape-out and productization.
