Senior Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance. Interested in more details? Connect with Armina Stupar at armina@cpsg.com!

Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Support monthly and year-end financial close activities
• Prepare financial reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet
• Assist with audits and year-end schedules
• Support AP/AR, fixed assets, and employee expense reporting
• Prepare property tax and U.S. Census Bureau filings
• Help identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Support special projects and other accounting initiatives

Required skills and qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Experience with GL systems and financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills; Word and PowerPoint proficiency
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is from $85K to $100K, depending on experience.
