As we continue to scale, we\'re investing in the financial systems, processes, and people that will support our next stage of growth.The Opportunity We\'re looking for an experienced Senior Staff Accountant to take ownership of our accounting operations and help build the financial infrastructure behind a rapidly growing healthcare company.This is a high-impact role where you\'ll work directly with the founders, own the month-end close, improve financial processes, and help leadership make better business decisions through accurate, timely reporting.We\'re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and taking ownership—not someone who simply wants to process transactions.What You\'ll Do Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processPrepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesMaintain the general ledger and serve as the primary administrator of QuickBooks OnlineManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll coordinationPrepare monthly financial statements, reporting packages, and variance analyses for leadershipSupport revenue recognition across recurring subscription and service revenueMonitor cash flow and help improve financial forecasting and reporting accuracyDevelop scalable accounting policies, documentation, and internal controlsCoordinate with external CPA firms on tax filings and year-end financial reportingIdentify process improvements and implement systems that increase efficiency and accuracyPartner with leadership on financial analysis, budgeting, and operational initiatives as the company growsWhat We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance4+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong knowledge of full-cycle accountingExperience managing month-end close independentlyAdvanced proficiency in QuickBooks OnlineStrong Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentA proactive mindset with a desire to improve processesPreferred Qualifications Experience in a startup or high-growth companyExperience with recurring revenue or subscription-based businessesTools You\'ll Use QuickBooks OnlineStripeHubSpotGustoGoogle WorkspaceWhy Join Staffing For Doctors?
